All Forklifting and Jibbing require the below complete prior to the lift taking place.
Forklifting Services will be run on a first come first served basis during build and breakdown and therefore all stands requiring forklifting will be placed in a queue until a driver becomes available.
Please ensure all couriers are made aware of this prior to them delivering/collecting items.

By completing the below form, you are granting permission to Stagecraftuk Personnel to carry out the lifting services you require and as such are confirming that you hold correct insurance to cover any and all items lifted on your behalf.
All items are lifted at the owners risk and are not covered by Stagecratuk Insurance.
